freaking screwed up day!! gosh..

damn it .
but i was conscious yesterday while doing itttttt why did my bacteria grow at the wrong plateee. goshhhhhhhh.

ok let me tell you what happened. –

we always have controls when we plate bacteria, so in my negative control plate, hell lots of bacteria grew in them, and the other plate that i was supposed to transform and supposed to have colonies had NONE. which obviously means i either put the plasmids into the wrong tube or i plate them onto the wrong plate. arghhhhx

i am sooooooo deaaad.

and best thing is my supervisor is having a course right now..arghh

and and.. one more thing.. the bacteria that i streaked out, HAD NO GROWTHS..
DAMN IT.
dead.

i cant continue with ANYTHING, absolutely anything because the colonies didn’t grow.. WTFFF.
