Refill packs or the bottled ones for your shampoo/shower gel?

Oh man, i’m so freaking bored.
#1 killer module to study for is histological techniques! goodness. can you imagine the 584769604of names of connective tissues/carbohydrates/mucins/lipids. let alone the different kinds of dyes that are used to dye and differentiate these tissues. omgwthBBQ! bleah. ;( nothing is bloody going into my brain lah, i want to faint now! :’( how to go for the paper on monday!

anyways.
when you guys go to the supermarket to buy your shampoos/shower gels. do you people get their refil pack or do you get the one in the bottle form? to me, the purpose of having refill packs is to be more environmental friendly in a way (correct me if i’m wrong), in a way you save more plastics. so i suppose and assume (and i believe many people do), that those refill packs should be cheaper, right?
but hell no, you’re wrong if you always think like that. a couple of weeks ago, i went to Carrefour with my parents, and my momma wanted to get this Biore xx series showergel. without thinking, she just took the refill pack, assuming that its cheaper, like many people do too. and when i saw the original packaging with the bottle, i paused and took out my handphone to calculate!
usually the refill has a slightly smaller amount of contents compared to the bottled ones, so logically they will have cheaper/lower prices compared to the bottled ones. so don’t be cheated! always check!
i mean, being environmentally friendly, yes. but, to all the hassle of pouring the refill pack into the bottle, and sometimes making a mess out of the whole thing, and end up getting lesser contents due to leaking out of the bottle or what nots. (i always cannot get all the contents into the bottle no matter how you try to ‘flatten’ the refil packs- some contents lost already) whats worst is you’re paying more for getting less showergel/shampoo and for all the trouble. why are you so hard on yourself right!
i don’t know if its a miscalculation by the supermarket itself, or is it the problem right from the manufacturer, resulting in the higher pricing for refill packs. sooo, do some simple calculations before you buy things! :) they can save you some $ as well as lots of trouble!

& i’m feeling totally shitass now!
- been loooking for the keys to my cupboard since 213902 days ago; still no where to be seen, no where to be found!
- can’t remember dance steps, like as usual, but its really pissing me off.
- even i can remember, why is my dance posture/movement always like shitass?
- what the hell is wrong with me?
- and why can’t i ever sit there can concentrate and study.
- i haven’t been studying properly for the longest of time, like it sucks, seriously.
- to know that you’re lacking of time yet doing nothing, absolutely nothing about it.
- can anyone teach me how to freaking study.
- i wanna cryyyyyyyyyyyy! :’(
- and oh, now, with another laptop, i can no longer stick my sony memory card into the slot; it got stuck in there just now ><
- you won’t be amazed, i cannot find the wire that connects my camera to the usb either.
ohhh damn.
now you know why am i feeling so frustrated about me myself and i?
nothing ever feels right.

I was listening to 9.13fm these two days and in conjunction to the upcoming Fathers’ Day, they have this super dad competition for the public to nominate their super daddy! so I got pretty inspired to write about how super my daddy is. muahaha. but no no, I’m not gna enter into the competition. just being random.
I believe I haven’t mentioned how cool my daddy is right! :] (but I’ve talked about mummy, so here’s yours, daddy!)
I think my daddy is the most wonderful daddy on the entire earth! mummy is too!

For one, his kids (us) always comes before himself. he’d give us anything and everything he can give us, including all our needs and wants. our materialistic requests, are very much satisfied by him. he’s always offering us the best that he can. he just wants us to have a better life than him (when he was young), because our grandpa (daddy’s dad) isnt able to afford such lifestyle last time. :)
he had always wanted to give us a good foundation in our studies, which pretty much explains why we’re studying in singapore instead. yes, and being a malaysian, our schoolfees are reallyreally expensive, imagine 3 kids. without complains, he just want us to have a good education. and even now, when i’m nearing the crossroads to my nxt phase of education – university, they still give me the liberty to decide what/where i want to study. :)
He doesn’t mind spending money on food because he believes that everything that we eat, we gain it! so yeap, he always makes sure we eat well when staying in Sg, and when we come back during the weekends, we’re usually like having feasts! :D and when he comes back from work or anytime during weekends, he will be seen at the kitchen, cutting fruits, and he will feed us with the fruits one by one. even if we’re in our own rooms, he will go from my room to bros’ and then mummy. WHERE TO FIND SUCH A SWEET SUGAR DADDY! :) hehehehe. when i was having my braces on few years back, he will also make the extra effort of cutting the fruits into smaller cubes/pieces to ease my chewing!
he just loves us way too much. hiakhiak. he is always trying to improve our lifes, make us happier, even if it tires himself. i always go back to school on monday mornings, so whenever possible, he will try to fetch me to school when he’s less busy at work. i really lovee car rides instead of bus & mrt rides. {:P} hehehe. and sometimes randomly, daddy&mummy will just drive out to singapore to have dinner with me! :] so sweet right.
oh, besides, whenever i have holidays, it means i will come back to stay in m’sia, so i will need my books/& some clothes back here. so they will be the ones who will gleefully drive in one day to bring all my stuffs home. the same goes when school’s starting all over again, especially when i have excessive shopping♥! hehhhh, superrrrr fortunate me. :D
’nuff said. my daddy is just one cool daddy! :]] i love you daddy!
i know he will never read this but oh wells.

its the vacations yo!

Greetings!
HELLO PEOPLE, I’m finally on vacations now!! Okay, lets be more accurate, its our study break. Just a break from the norm lessons and tutorials!! Yeap, here it is, for three weeks! And within the three weeks, we have FYP, assignments, datasheets, studies and what nots to deal with. Where to find time?! Anyway.. I definitely wouldn’t torture myself. :)
So so so, anyone who still reads my blogs, if you wanna go out on a date with me, let me know leh! :D Most prolly I’d be staying in Singapore for the first two weeks of holidays (except weekends lah, as usual). Because I have to go to school on almost practically everyday, so yeah why now rightttt. -_-” Anyways, yah since I’m staying in Singapore, I need some entertainment lah, I need people to have dinner with me, at least! :( Else I’d prolly drop the idea and go back M’sia la! I know my parents will always welcome be back for meals with them la!! And actually I feel kinda bad for not staying at home during holidays. Inevitableee so yeah I gotta adapt! I know they love to have us all at home, like the weekends (usually!). hahah.
& Well, since I’m staying in Sg for the first two weeks, don’t expect to ask me out on the third week okay! I will reject you. Third week will be spent staying at home accompanying my parents for breakfast/lunch/dinner and shoppingggg perhaps like the usual vacations. (unless there are unforeseen circumstances, *crosses fingers*)! So far, it’s all as planned so I hope everything goes on smoothly and well.. =) I need a well deserved break!!
Ooooh, and the IT fair is here again! I’ve always heard about friends working during the fair and ooooh, I always wanted to work during the fair!! Felt the same for this coming IT fair too, but ahhh, too busybusy. but I really hope to work in at least once, like sooooo fun!! Maybe I’d beg to differ when I really work, can imagine people, chionging for commissions. wooooo. okay. but I definitely think that it’ll be an experience for me, and I’ll learn something from it, no matter what it is. hahhas. (:
Its 1.30am now. Its time for me to turn in. had a long day today, even though school was short! Oh, our practical was canceled today, from 3-6, so yay! I could go home really early. (: We did FYP after school and hell yeah, we were done by 2ish? I think.
Oh yeh, I met 3 of my primary school mates on Thursday!! yes, I’m not typing in a daze, its my primary school friends.!! yeap. random meet up because it was Steffanie’s birthday. so she asked me along and i went! We had dinner at The Central at some random cheena-ish shop (:P) which has no GST/service charge (say yayyyy to such restaurants!) . Actually they included the 7% GST in the prices of their food, so it was pretty affordable! :D :D afterwhich, we headed to a pub around Clarke Quay (yes thats the only thing I know to describe the place, because I’m totally lost there!) called YelloJello, and we chilled there..until their live band appeared, heard like 3 songs and off we went, as most of us were almost dozing off! haha. and the ‘we’ actually comprises of Steffanie, Audrey, Peiyu and me! :))
alright. i’m turning in. boo, i typed some thing else but the post was gone i can no longer remember what i typed. so yeah, toodles, people.
