Fuming mad, on my way back to JB today. Got off from school only at the peak-hour!! Seriously, I’ve got alot of complains for SBS Transit’s Buses – 170/160, buses that serve transport between JB and Singapore, regarding their inefficient service! Not exaggerating, but the ratio of Causeway Link buses to 170/160 was like 5:1, during the peak-hours today, 6pm-8pm(?). The only reason I chose to queue for SBS’s buses was because the ease of use of Ez-Link cards, just tap and go and as for Causeway Link buses, only coins could be used. Furthermore, there was a 50cent rebate(!) if I took SBS’s buses after the MRT ride to Kranji, but I now wonder, after waiting for~20-30minutes at Kranji MRT for just one 170 bus, was I still in time for the rebate, you say how can one not be pissed off with their service. ?Since the number of buses reaching Kranji was already inefficient, pretty much explains what will happen in Singapore customs. The queue was supeeeeeeerduperrr long, and I spent 45 minutes queuing before I was able to get a bus that I could board. 45 minutes, just to queue. So in total, i spent at least 1.5hours to travel from Kranji MRT to board a bus in Singapore customs, where during normal non-peak days, it would only take 10-15minutes. If I’d taken Causeway Link right from the start, I could have saved up to 1 hour of all the waiting time. The buses came non-stop! And everytime I felt like changing to their bus, I tried to hope that 170buses will come soon! Apparently it was just me and my wishful thinking. All in all, I had a bad experience today. =( Why can’t they just have better arrangements, and clear the crowd as fast as possible instead of letting it accumulate. Obviously Friday evenings are peak-periods, so forget about reasons like unpredictable traffic or what.
The week was draining! 8am for school, every single day except for Thursday, where we went in at 830am. Glad its over, for now. Two days for me to rest, and I swear I’m really going to make the best out of it. Sleep early, and get going on some constructive stuffs I’ve yet to complete since ages ago due to procrastination.
So many procedures today. It ended a failure again. So much so for all the hard work. Sighhh. But nevermind. We’re not defeated, we’re gonna try till we get the results! Yes we will! (:
It was a pretty good week for me. Monday saw me hitting the Gym because I was simply too lazy to ask if anyone was available for dinner. Guess I made the right choice though, made me feel a teeny weeny less guilty for all the indulgence the rest of the week. Headed to Sakae Sushi for Tea Time Buffet on Tuesday, 3pm-6pm! We stayed there for like two and a half hours. Camwhored a lil’, and one of the waitress there takes good photos! Finally met Sze Hui on Wednesday after I-can’t-remember-how-long! Dined at Bakerzin, and had their All-Day-3-course-meal for S$13.80. Not really satisfying though. Hehehehehe. Thursday was a study-day out with Audrey sissy! Accompanied her to the library in Woodlands. She attempted to complete her holiday homework, while I read on my FYP materials and carried on to Twilight! Had dinner together with Jessica and sissy at Crystal Jade, Xiao Long Baos! :D Pretty much summed up my week, and I spent alot this week. Gotta spend lesser next week, I must!
I think I should head to the gym twice next week. If I continue eating at this rate, I’m gonna lose the trace of my ribs soon, they’re so gonna be bundled with FATS!!! Totally. I need to work out, really need to.
On a happier note. Momma helped me get the CarloRino bag that I wanted! Weeeeee! I still think its uber cuteness.Gives me the feeling of Chanel, but a cheaper one!! I’m lovin’ it!!
HAPPY 19th BIRTHDAY TO CHIN SOOWEN!happy birthday darr!♥here’s wishing you all the best for your 19th year. cheers to the mny mny years since i knew you. xoxo.
