I’m typing this while watching the 9pm show on Channel 8, THE OATH!!!

Catching this show every weekday is already a routine for me since a week ago or so! :> AND I’m loving it! Its my break time every 9-10pm! :)))

ANYWAY. I heard the serial is ending soon!! GAHHH. I roughly know the ending as well. =(

hello you!! :)

did you know why i disappeared from the blogosphere! its because i had the semestral exams to cope with! :3

& nao you’d know why am i back. its because exams are OVER!!! :D #ExamWoes FINALLY OVER!! :D been tweeting about #ExamWoes all day long whenever i got bored of studying.. ohwell.

happy girl is me! :) but a side note to nus peepsy’s still having exams: jiayouuu and all the best guys! it’ll be over in no time! ;)

& to ntu girlies/friends, mug hard!!! :D we’ll see each other after june! :)

just two days back, i switched on my laptop to print something. and realised something is wrong with my 4 year old baby! like after i type the password in, it gets stuck there forever! :((( i think its old already, sigh. the only thing i’m worried about is my photos inside. my germany/austria photos. OH NO. :( hopefully brother will do the job! hehh.

it also means i get to buy a new laptop, yay! but no yay till i recover my stuffs. sigh.

now no photos to blog lor! zZzz. i used to not delete photos from my camera even after transferring them to the laptop, but in order to make space for more photos, i deleted them! so now alot of photos can only be found EXCLUSIVELY in my dead 4yo baby. omg.

wait patiently k, i really got alot to blog! meanwhile.. for this post..

Verdict day.

Previous post was taken on the first of December. Now its already 21st December. & Its the bi-annual verdict day for all NUS students.

Looking at the solemn tone of my entry, I guess most can guess my results must have sucked! :(( & Yes it is. Emonemo girl today.

Hello guys :D

A really short post before I go off.

I came online specially to email my lecturer on something. Hates it when things gets so confusing. The lecture notes say something I dont understand, and when I go consult her, she told me another thing. Hahaha. So currently I’m in the confused max state. I hope she replies me omg! Worried D:

My whole of November has been ________________________. Monotone I meant. Haha! I can’t wait for December. I’d be relieved from all these misery for around a month, before returning to the pathetic vicious cycle! :< Seriously, I’m afraid of school already.

Its inside me, a reminder to choose my modules properly, to not anyhow choose and end up suffering like crazy. HAHA. Like how I am suffering over my HISTORY paper. Oh by the way, I’m so gonna be OVER it after this Monday. The 22nd of November, my first paper, my least confident paper – HISTORY. But it’ll be over in just a wink, yeah? Two days to the battle.

After which its the 27th which starts the horribly terrifying BACK-TO-BACK-papers. I have papers on 27 (Saturday), 29 (Monday), 30 and 1st. Crap. But by the time I’m able to pen down another entry to describe how worried I am for this b-t-b papers, it’ll be over.

HOW OPTIMISTIC I AM RIGHT? :D

Exams 101 Tips!

Hello guys! Yay, I’m typing this entry while I’m on the car. Just had dinner and feeling super bloated right now. *burpz*! Haha.

I’m pretty sure its the very stressful period for most university *including myself!!!*, A’s and O’s students! But guys, brace on! It’ll be over soon! :)

I decided to blog about some destressing tips to help unwind ourselves a little during this extremely tensed episode of our schooling life!

I got these ‘cards’ like thingy created by some Stress Management Unit, supported by Youth Advolution for Health.. and they asked us to "pass this on…" Thus I hope to be able to reach out to a large group of you, rather than passing them physically. :))

#1 Breathe in, Breathe out!

When faced with stress, TRY THIS!  – Breath in through your nose. Hold your breadth for awhile. Breath out slowly. & Repeat this a couple of times.

#2: Talk to someone!

Yak with a friend, vent your frustrations, tell them about your day. A simple conversation can go a long way to reduce stress. :D

#3: Laugh out Loud!!

Laughter is not only good medicine, it is also contagious! Watching someone else have a good laugh can get you laughing and joining in the fun too!

A good laugh can help relieve tension. So laugh the stress away right away! :))

 

#4: Have a good night’s sleep!

Your mind and body deserve a good sleep everyday. So, give yourself at least 6-8 hours of sleep each day! Especially the day before your exams!!! Remember a tired body = a tired mind!

#5: Exercise & be HAPPY

Exercise keeps your healthy and fit. It also releases endorphins which makes you feel good. So, exercise and lift your spirits! Gather a group of friends and start on a regular exercise routine. Its never too late to start, today! :)

#6: Eat balanced meals everyday!

When faced with stressful situations, don’t over indulge in caffeinated drinks and unhealthy snacks. Choose healthier options like fruits and vegetables.

Remember 2 servings of fruits and vegetables everyday keeps you healthy! :D

#7: Think Positive!

Say to yourself every morning:

-Today is going to be a great day (It most probably will end up a great one)!

-Things don’t get better by worrying about them

-I can do it!

-There is always something to be happy about.

-Life is great, and life is short. Make the best of it!

(I love all these they make superb sense!!)

& Lastly, #8: Find your own space.

What do I mean by finding own space?

Set aside at least 10 minutes for yourself everyday. During this “me time”, put your work away and do something you really enjoy. Be it listening to your favourite music.. or watching your favourite shows. AND JUST RELAXXXXXX.
