& YESS, this is the border of Switzerland! After this ‘customs’, we’re over in Germany! I love how ‘open’ Europe is! No need passport to go to all the Eu countries!!

It was lunch time and we were walking along this stretch of shops opposite Lake Titisee! :))

I think Black Forest is behind! :D The name behind black forest is because the trees in there grow superduperultra near to each other, such that almost no light can be seen in the lower canopies.. yepppp!

Germany’s signature dish: Pork Knuckles! (Gosh, I suddenly can’t spell knuckles. is it correct?) The fork is purposely there for you to gauge how huge it is!

Whoooopeeeee, then its desserts’ time! This is where Black Forest cakes originated from! :D

After lunch, it was time for the visiting of a cuckoo clock workshop.

Hihihihiiii lovelies!! =))

I’m back again! I have lots and lots to share, but I’m in need of more time now! Heh! (Because I’m currently spring cleaning my room, like finally. Got rid of 4324349 magazines, and junk, and whatsoever that I do not need!) Okay back to the point..

Give me some time and I’ll update with heaps of nice pictures okay! I know I have the Cambodia photos (Royal palace, remember!?!?), and now more Europe photos! HEEHE!

So here’s a sneakpeek of the photos! I’m only uploading 1/2/max. 3 photos (you will know why!) of each day! Will do a more detailed one in the subsequent entries k!

 

First day of arrival: Zurich! & We went to this ‘snow mountain’ called Mt. Titlis! Brother calls it ice mountain! lol. More details next time!

Happy me! Wanted to visit Paris this year soo much because the younger brother came here w/ my parents earlier this year in March (when I had school! :( )! My wish was to see the Eiffel tower this year! and yay its granted! :))  Thats why there’s 3 photos for Paris!

Thank you and Good Bye 2010! Part I.

Looking back, 2010 had been a good year on the overall. I couldn’t ask for more.

It also marked an important event – Graduation from Singapore Polytechnic with a Diploma in Biomedical Science; a significant milestone in my teenage year.  Yesss I’m still a teen until I’m 21, I insist!! Despite no more nine-TEEN.

Its also a year I’d travelled the world the most number of times! Because I’d a long long break after graduation! Since March – Mid August.

We went to Bangkok, Thailand for a shopping trip! Finally there again after more than 5 years!

Needless to say, the company is superbly awesome, the shopping was (Y)! I so wanna go back with my girls again! I hope we can!

Germany/Austria: Finale entry!

it was a very huge place but i got nothing out of it.. mostly too expensive! ;(

hehehe i think they both look so cute! i’m like totally self-obsessed with my parents! but i really love them loads :D!

we had..pork knuckles (i think) that night! our last local dinner in germany! (: and it totally tasted like the chinese roasted meat. shao rou. lol. i can’t type in chinese!

Beer beer beer..!!

the whole group of ~40 people drank a total of 52 glasses of beer!! remember to take in account people like ME who don’t drink at all! sooo some people can really drink! like 3-4 glassessss omg. i think its 500mL each!

Yaaaa, our pork knuckles! they are grilled to perfection here! HAHAHA.

The control tower @ the olympic stadium! i think its 290m..

its the Munich Olympic Stadium anyway. which hosted Olympics in the year..1972? I thinkkkkk so.

seriously the tour agency who arranged our itenary ought to be more cautious lor! it was planned for us to visit this place on Sunday. and when we were there. none of the stalls were open. NONEEE. haha. so many aunties and uncles couldnt wait to buy local sausages etc. but they were all so disappointed!

those characters looking like wooden toys can move when the clock strikes ~12pm! we were there at 11plus nearing 12 and we waited for it. apparently many many peopleeeee were waiting to see it move! hahaha. (:
