I attended a camp earlier this last week, from Tuesday to Thursday night with my Angels! It was FUN! I shall update with photos if I get them (if I get tagged with my photos that is). Parents fetched me home on Thursday night! Saved me a cab trip home as well as travelling myself! Yays!

Anyway.. I checked my mailbox after I reach home and guess what? I received something from TheSampleStore again! I have a question! How did such a huge box end up inside my mail box?? The only reasonable answer would be that the postmen opened my mailbox to put it in but how can he have my mailbox keys??? Somebody enlighten me.

I love the masks that I chose!! They were basically for whitening, firming, and moisturizing (1 of each!). For a skin of my age (20), I think my skin is really quite bad. A lot a lot of ‘lines’. Sigh. Thus I chose one firming mask!

I tried the Revitalizing & Firming mask first! *Pardon my dao face I can’t smile with the mask on :P* I found that the mask really worked for me. For one, I felt my skin ‘tighter’ the next morning! I usually do it before I sleep and I’ll put the mask the whole night until it dries up totally. Not only that, I also felt my skin smooth and baby-skin like. & I like it!

Few days back, I also dyed my hair myself. I tried the Liese Bubble Dye!! Chiffon Beige.

Helloooooooo everybody! :) I hope there are still people lingering around this site. Mmmm.

Like I mentioned yesterday, I am officially done and over with semester 1 of 1st year uni! Super happy despite having to worry about the results. *Crosses fingers* I know I’ve done badly, so it depends on how my fellow competitors in the same modules fare. I have almost 3 weeks to play before reality of results hit me. :)

Anyway I have no idea what to blog about, I finally uploaded the photos from my BB into my computer! Soo.. these are photos from my BB!

Reallly feel like rebonding my hair after >2 years of permed hair. Mmm. Wonder if I should. Actually my only concern is the condition of my hair. I don’t want frizzy hair!!!

Liese transforms and revives my dead curls!

Thanks to TheSampleStore, I got these Liese hair products to try on!!

Errr, I used to not know how to pronounce ‘Liese’, and am very afraid that I’d pronounce it the wrong way when in public, so, to those who are still unsure how to pronounce, its “Lee-zay". Easy, isn’t it? :) So now no more embarrassments when in public because we all know how to pronounce it!

One Treatment range product (Orange colour): Liese Hair Cocktail

(The bottom pic on the left shows the hair cocktail when its not mixed and separated into two layers – Anti-Frizz oil & Nourishing water)

& One Styling range product (Pink): Liese 02 Liese Wave up foam

& This is my hair after I applied the Hair cocktail. Remember to shake them before use! What I really like about it is its nice scent!!! Every girl loves their hair to smell good right! More importantly, it has a refreshing tropical fruity scent, just nice in intensity not very overwhelming. It also instantly livens up my very dry-looking and dead hair, thanks to multiple dyes!!

Next up, I applied the 02 Wave up foam to style my curls. My curls are more than 1 year old, and around a month ago, I snipped off a great deal of it, thus my curls are really old and almost-not-there if I don’t style them.. But thanks to Liese Wave up foam, I can have my curls back! :))))

Its easy and takes less than 3 minutes! Press some foam out from the bottle and apply it to your hair and scrunch! After everything, if you still think the curls are not ‘bouncy’ enough, you can wet your palms a little, and scrunge your hair again, then blow dry with a hairdryer(with a diffuser preferably! else it’ll blow off the curls!).

& NAO, ME LUBS MY CURLS :D No more dead/ugly curls when I go to school! :)

A wake up call

My last week of holidays are coming to an end. A wake up call to the end of all the freedom. Don’t wish to mention how time flies; I’ve done it a zillion times. This week (thus far) had been good and bad.

The awesome things I did are that I met up with my dearest girlies(!!!!) (finally & full attendance for dinner!), and RY to get some stuffs & we ended up shopping together, and then SALT movie preview. (Read my previous post for the review!)

More awesome events to come tomorrow is the NUS RAG DAY! :D I really hope its good. But I know Science Faculty’s floats are god-darn-PRETTAYEEEEEEEE. Mad love for their creative floats. *Kudos*

& gonna meet Shyan darling (FINALLLLY!!) on Saturday for more K-ing! :D (If all goes well!)

The not-so-good things are that bidding wasn’t successful yesterday. But thank god it was, today, for a unpopular(?) module I chose merely because its like the only better one that suits my timetable. But I’ll have a mad amazing race to different areas of the school (Science to somewhere else) every Tuesday because the lessons are all back to back.

OKAY, NUS BIDDING SYSTEM SUCKS. *I can grumble non-stop*

& I’m having a phobia for alcohol from now on. I’m not gonna mention what happened, but thats that. Nothing really bad happened, really. I just felt bad. haha.

Its never too late!

Its the weekends!!

But I’m home, waiting for daddy to come home before we head out for dinner.

I was contemplating whether to go for a badminton game with cousins, or to join my parents for dinner. & Mommy convinced me to stay. HAHA. The date today is the 23rd July. In less than a month’s time, school is going to start, and judging the way I’m going to arrange my timetable, I’m pretty sure I’ll never be able to be back on time on Fridays to have dinner with my parents anymore.

I think alot, huh?

Its ironic how I don’t fail to complain how boring life is currently, and I know that once school starts, I’ll start missing such carefree and stress-free lives; where I can have breakfast with parents early in the morning, and go back home to sleep. Haaa.

I don’t think we can have the best of both worlds, do we? Humans are never perfect, lest to say, our lives. Its more about living your imperfect lives to the most perfect way..I guess.

Full of reflective thoughts.

So guys, if you’ve come to a point of realization like me, take some time off, and have a meal with your family! ;) All it takes is a an hour or two, probably during the weekends. Its never too late to show you care. :)

Jay Chou is featured everywhere, on the newspapers, on magazines!! Haha. While some auntie was flipping her newspaper on the MRT just now, I caught a glimpse of Jay’s news! Hahahaha!

& I bought this week’s issue of i-weekly with Jay Chou being featured inside. How I wished it was all in English. But for him, I’ll read it all! :D:D

Its a Jay Chou week over here in Singapore afterall, so its also not suprising to see him all over. Haha!

Anyway, back to arranging timetable for school, its giving me a headache! Thank goodness I’m comforted that it gets easier as the semesters goes by.

I can’t really adapt to the change from polytechnic to university life.

In polytechnic, we’re given a timetable, and just one whole range of electives for you to choose from.

Now in NUS, we’re only given our cores, and a zillion DIFFERENT kinds of electives to choose from, within or out of your faculty.

Confusing much?

I am so not used to it.

Someone remind me that it’ll be worth it in the end, please?

I really hope uni life is going to be enriching and manageable for me. I’m very paranoid about everything.
