Pomeranians FTWWWW!

Long ago I remember I posted an entry with some photos of Qian qian, my cousin’s dog!

She’s (yes, she!) a very jumpy and hyperactive poodle and I always have a hard time taking a photo of her together with me!

But alas, she was dead tired after playing with me/cousin the whole time. and I could finally make her stay still while carrying her!

6. I love to dance although i have like 0 dance sense.. one of my regrets was to give up ballet in primary school. argh =(

I only started to realise that I actually love playing the piano after i quitted. and up till now, i still haven’t had time to make myself take lessons again.. but but, i have 0 music sense as well, can’t play well for nuts! [feels like my life is full of regrets but sometimes i really feel that way]
8. I have a very bad temper, i bite when i get provoked.
9. I love hello kitty alot again! (been changing my favourite cartoon characters a zillion times, from hello kitty to powerpuff girls to spongebob to cinnamoroll to … idk. and now hello kitty again!)

Anyway these days kite-flying had been such a popular hobby eh? Everyone seems so obsessed with kite-flying. Loads and loads of people were flying kites and it was like an exhibition of kites in the sky. I love pretty kites too!!! :)

To anyone: if you have a Pomeranian to give away because you’re tired of taking care of it, PLEASE do not kill it like that.

It pains me to see animals being tortured to death like that. (Especially when its my favouritest breed) :( They’re really innocent parties, don’t hurt them like that.

Agree that to a certain extend, but somehow, there is something to do with the bad categorization of my blog entries, and also that perhaps, this blog one of my avenue of releasing all my unhappy thoughts (besides Twitter! haha). Of course, you do see me blogging happy things..right?  :D

I had an awesummmm day today! Of course I meant the company!

The weather was a bitch today though, with the scorching sun hanging right in the middle of the sky. It’d have been perfect if there were more clouds! & we waited 30 minutes for a bus.in.to.the.marina.barrage.

Anyway. I went to Marina Barrage for the 2nd time in my life (hahaha!) for another picnic to celebrate Ruo Yan’s 21st! :)

Really coincidently, ge ge (my brother aka Felix Ker) was there too!! Didn’t expect to meet him there! haha. He was there with his gang of friends too!

&& The highlight for today was the celebration..

ANDDDD. I got to hug a POMERANIAN doggie after so long!! (Since June in Shanghai!) OMG the feeling is <3, heavenly. Okay I’m exaggerating. But I really love the doggie! So happy I smiled till my eyes were so puny when I was taking a photo. HEHE!

Finally I can continue my habit of embracing my Blackberry (BB!).

You wouldn’t understand how much I missed my BB during the 9days trip.

My trip was awesome, fulfilling (with shopping!) but as usual, tiring! I loved the time spent with my family. The 5 of us haven’t traveled together since early this year where our destination was Vietnam for the New Year. Trips like this are excellent bonding times for all of us and I really cherish the 9 days. Though my heart was screaming all out for my BB, for Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Its been 2-3 years since my last trip to China. And I’m immensely impressed with the changes I see. I wasn’t disappointed with what I’d expected to see. Vast improvements were made, for the Beijing Olympics in 2008, as well as for the Shanghai World Expo 2010.

Of course, I was really disturbed by some of the acts of the Chinese. I believe that what I see are Chinese people from small suburbs, according to what I was told by our Tour guide. Citizens from the big cities like Shanghai are definitely more civilized. Some of the acts includes spitting on the floor (after clearing their bloody throat loudly), speaking extremely loudly across to their friends even though they are miles apart, rushing like they are catching the last boat, pushing people infront of them while queuing!!

Nevertheless, the traffic conditions had improved much in Shanghai, but in small towns, they can get quite bad. Because the laws are more enforced in big cities i believe. For instance, the zebra crossing for pedestrians in smaller cities were of no use. The cars never stopped even when the green man lights up, we had to pluck up our guts to cross and force them to stop them instead.
In one of the small towns, we actually took a ride on their motor-powered-tricycle (like tuk-tuks in Thailand) back to the hotel from somewhere, and holy, these tricycles could even take the roads in the opposite direction because our hotel was at the other side of the road where we traveled from. I actually took a thrilling video while I was on board, show you guys soon. It was scary for the first time, as we could see cars coming OUR way, but it was thrilling for the second time! Something you definitely wouldn’t experience back in Singapore!

AND AND. The highlight of my trip was.. I GOT TO CUDDLE A POMERANIAN DOGGIE!!! I gotta show you my favourite photo of the trip……….

This little thing caught my eye even though it was real dark, because we were at a night market. AWESOMELY FURRY, the touch of it feels like cotton candy. *my parents are not convinced yet* If only it costed what it was in China, it’d be an easier deal for us! I WISH I COULD BRING THIS PUP BACK! I am smittened. SO HAPPY. Was grinning from ear to ear and you can’t even really see my eyes! Photo was taken using my bro’s camera, so I took a picture of it on his screen, I’ll post the original again!

Just a little information, I have two dogs at one, one of them is Pink Pong, and the other is Miu Miu (yes, that brand). Pink Pong  has black and white fur, while Miu Miu is all black. They are all outside the compound of our home, but of course, within the gates of my house. Even though they are stray dogs, they have a very significant part to play in our lives.

These two dogs had been awesome and they had been keeping our house safe. Really appreciate them.

And so, why did I suddenly thought of blogging about my dog?

Recently, my brother, Felix and I had some reallyyyy crazy fetish for Pomeranian dogs. It started when I visited a pet shop and saw this FREAKING cute Pomeranian. It was LOVE at FIRST SIGHT. I knew I had to have a Pom. Afterwhich, I brought Felix to visit the love of my life, and he fell in love with it too. We had been very persistant in persuading our parents to allow us to rear that pom.

BUT, our parents do not agree with our idea.

Reason 1: There wouldn’t be anyone to take care of it once we start school in August/September.

Reason 2: Our domestic maid is already very busy with the house and the two dogs we already have.

So..if you actually have a Pom that you wish to give away, LET ME KNOW! :)) We wouldn’t mind a Maltese too!

Because we couldn’t fulfill our hopes to get a house dog, one fine day, Felix went REALLY out of his mind, he decided to bring PP into our house (ONCE MOM HEADED OUT, LOL). If you followed me on twitter, you’d have known that! HAHA.

While he played with him, I captured some photos to share with you guys! PP is MAD CUTE and I LOVE HIM (when he’s smelling good!).
